I was reading some articles and came across an article on realtor.org with some helpful information and links on how to keep from going down the foreclosure road.  It's really tough out there for a lot of people who have mortgages and are unable to refinance their homes.

If you know of anybody that is going through this please send them to the site that I've linked so that they can try to save their home.  For this site to be linked to thru realtor.com (then to realtor.org) I would imagine they are good and this is a valid offer to help.  Go to realtor.org and read this article, it could save somebody from going through a foreclosure a world of heartache and humiliation.
