It's been awhile since I've had a chance to write an article, I really have no excuse other than trying to get some work out in the real world .  My latest project has been to put together a newsletter for the area that I am specializing in, it's amazing how much time can be consumed when trying to put something together that is both informative and to the point.

My wife and I have gotten our first newsletter off the presses and delivered them door-to-door.  I'm personally happy with the first monthly newsletter for this neighborhood that my wife and I are working to be the agents of choice.  We are hoping to add much more information on this newsletter, this time we only printed one side with some stats for the neighborhood.  Our next issue will be two-sided with community news and much more.  Our ultimate goal is to get as much of the neighborhood on our email list so that we can stop printing to conserve paper, although the exercise is much needed walking the neighborhood.

We are hoping to add the other communities in the one mile square around us soon, but not for a few months.
