Well, after what seems like and eternity I have finally gotten my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.  I am very glad that I took the extra step for this designation as I really learned a lot that you don't get in school.  This training goes in depth on many aspects of real estate that I think is crucial to being a good real estate agent.  I would recommend that all realtors take this training to not only protect yourself, but more importantly to protect your clients.
